The Coco Grams Youth Employment Program creates a pathway for youth to have a better future. It employs youth, teaches them responsibility, how to be better citizens and also integral life skills that they will carry forever. 

Through Life Skills classes done with the youth as a group, we are able to instill values that may have been lost or never obtained. We are also able to teach youth how to think entrepreneurially and money management skills.
